    Ardit was super hospitable and took care of all our needs personally. Staying at Imerovigli we were away from the crowd so it was peaceful and nice. The room was well furnished and maintained as well. 100% would recommend and return.

    Based on the photos of the hotel displayed on the agoda platform, this specific hotel was chosen. However, the photos are misleading, as there was no lounge bar, no 24-hour front desk, and other advertised facilities were absent. Furthermore, the hotel is not a five-star property as stated on the platform. The entire hotel operates with only three staff members, with the cleaner in the morning preparing breakfast and then cleaning the rooms. This is an unacceptable deception, for which the hotel owner is responsible.
