John and Lampros are wonderful hosts. This property is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully appointed and you will be treated like guests at a gorgeous home. Staying in Imerovigli offers quiet, tranquility and privacy. We were sad to leave these amazing accommodations.

John was awesome in his attention and service. A Lampros was most welcoming and communicative even before our arrival. We should have planned a longer stay.

Our stay was the easiest and most beautiful experience. The location, and property cannot be faulted. The views are as good as it can get and the place spotless with all the extra things that make a holiday extra special. But above all this, it was the service that made our stay incredible. The staff goes well above and beyond to make sure you feel at home, even adding little personal touches that would just make you feel thought off. John gave us all the recommendations we needed and answered all our questions. Also highly recommend their massage services.

We stayed at Avista Suites Santorini in the Sea View Suite and it was unforgettable. The suite was spacious with a living room, master bedroom, loft, and direct rooftop access. The rooftop pool with jets overlooked the caldera, volcano, and sunsets that were the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The master bedroom even had a small connecting make-up room with natural light, stool, and mirror, which was a thoughtful detail. The beds were very comfortable, and room calming. The suite included a Nespresso, mini fridge, bathrobes, toiletries, and an iron. Breakfast was another highlight both tasty, with many options. Each evening we filled out a sheet, and breakfast was delivered the next morning at our chosen time (8:30–11:00), perfect to enjoy with the view. The hotel sits at the highest point of the caldera, giving unmatched views. It’s about 2km from Fira and 8km from Oia, but the quiet location made it ideal for a romantic getaway. The walk to Fira was scenic, and with nearby rentals and a reliable bus stop, exploring the island was easy. Service was excellent: daily cleaning kept everything spotless, including the hot tub. The honesty of the staff stood out when a thrown-away necklace was returned to us. Most of all, Lampros, the owner, made our stay special, greeting us warmly, helping with luggage, sharing local tips and wine recommendations, and checking in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed. Avista Suites was simply perfect.
