We loved the view from our rooms, the staff were so nice and kind. My daughters loved the pool in their room and had so much fun.

The only things that were a little difficult for me were the amount of stairs and the smell coming from the sewage, which was noticeable all the time. I understand that this is partly due to the location and not really the property’s fault. Other than that, the amazing views and wonderful staff made the stay a great experience overall.

The operations/hospitality manager was excellent and catered for our every need from breakfast orders to taxi booking. The views were fantastic. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The views from the outdoor tub were exceptional, and the hotel’s location in the center of Imerovigli makes it very well connected to the north and south of the island while still being within walking distance from Fira.

The property is not a 5 star hotel. The experience overall was far from being that of a 5 star one, which made us really confused over the first couple of days until we saw on Google that the hotel is in fact 4 stars! Considering that it is priced the same as adjacent hotels which are actually 5 stars I think is truly disappointing. The pictures also look much more refined and elevated than reality, as a lot of the furniture / fixtures / equipment is old and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also an issue, as we found multiple (large) spider webs throughout the suite which were never cleaned although the staff would come in every day.
