The unit is approximately 1005 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well.
Phoenix VII is a 15 story building in Orange Beach approximately 8.0 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Phoenix VII has a large sun deck area with outdoor pool and kiddie pool. There is an indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, fitness room and inside racquetball courts . Phoenix VII also has lighted tennis courts, half-court basketball court, BBQ grilling area and gazebos. There is a 2 car limit. Parking passes purchased at on-site front desk. Sleeps 6.

The stay was great and the room itself was very clean! The con was when there was lightening, they also closed the indoor pool along with the outdoor. We have stayed many places and they have never closed indoor pool bc of weather. Everyone was a little confused. We chose a place with an indoor pool for the kids just incase it rains so that was a disappointment.

We had a great stay!! Our rooms were very clean and the unit had everything we needed. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was not too far. We would definitely book this room again.

Nice condo, but definitely needs to find a better cleaning company. Also its time to replace shower liners, sheets, and blankets. You will need to bring extra towels and wash cloths unless you want to be washing them everyday. We have been coming to Orange Beach for years staying at the Phoenix's but this was our first time at Phoenix 7, very disappointed because on day 1 we had our stuff stolen off the beach ( brand new umbrella, chairs and wagon) and that had never happened before. Overall our family vacation was great because we were together, but it was different this time.
