About this apartment rental

This renovated condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico just West of the Perdido Pass Bridge. It has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views. Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property.

The master bedroom is tiled and has a king sized bed in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a tub/shower.

The 2nd bedroom is tiled and has a king bed along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and public areas are tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping!

This unit is in a great location on the 9th floor at Phoenix VI. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

*Parking: Parking is not included in your rental. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. In communications sent to guests by VRPS at least 24-48 hours prior to their arrival they will be encouraged to prepay and save $10.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.

Loved the location, the room was very clean. Food is also very close and in walking distance some of them. Will definitely be back we really enjoyed our stay. Beach was clean and the water was warm. The weather was also perfect.

Enjoyed our stay here. The place is nice and tidy. Area is close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The sofa also made out into a big bed for more sleeping space. Drawbacks include: trouble with the dryer, dead batteries in several of the remote controls, light bulbs that had blown and needed replacing and pans that were scarred and unable to use. I called and they were quick to come and replace batteries and light bulbs. Also quickly sent a repair man for dryer but we still had to run clothes through two cycles to completely dry them.

Don't stay here if you are allergic to feathers, the couch pillows and cushions are feather pillows, cranked up my allergies big time. Other than that the condo was satisfactory. Beautiful view.
