Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations
Come relax on the 14th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for occupancy up to 6. This unit has been upgraded to included new living room furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. A new washer and dryer installed fall of 2019. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ONE ON THE SAME FLOOR!!
Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We really enjoyed our stay. Two pros: the master bed was very comfortable and the check in and check out process was seamless. Two cons: we thought the patio furniture was cheap (it wasn't the most comfortable set to sit and enjoy the ocean) and there was mold on the shower curtain liner in the second bedroom.

Light switch in guest room very dirty. Shower curtain in guest room had mold on it. Fan in guest room was dusty so couldn’t turn it on. Also, bed covers in guest room were very flimsy and uncomfortable. The living room recliner against window wouldn’t stay not reclined so if you sat in that seat, recliner always out. Not a bad property, just needs some TLC.

The condo was great. We had everything we needed. The outdoor pool and hot tub were not warm in March but we didn’t necessarily come for that. Would definitely stay there again.

No access to gym! Did not know about racquet ball court or where the hot tubs were located. The $55 parking fee was uncalled for. They need to give you a designated spot, instead of hope you can find one!
