Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!
Come relax on the 7th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. Living area has a new 70 inch tv. We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER 2 OTHER UNIT ON THIS 7TH FLOOR!!!!
Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass they are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Condo is just as pictured, kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, and everyday needs for eating in! Phoenix Vacation Rentals was very good at communication and responding. Property is in good shape with so much to do even on the cloudy days!

Excellent place!!! Great view nice and spacious area loved the indoor pool and easy access to the beach! 10/10 recommend and will stay again!!! Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacay!!!!

The condo was great, just as described. Our view of the beach was wonderful. During our stay we enjoyed the saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and the weight room. This had everything we needed. We will book here again.

We went in April, the weather was a little cool that week but the benefit was sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the surf. The balcony is large and has a table. We had a couple meals on the balcony.The property is easy to to find, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The Condo was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the unsecured WiFi.It was a great week and we will be back.
