About this apartment rental

This colorful and convenient 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is on the ground floor of Phoenix VI in Orange Beach. The condo, which sleeps 12, boasts ceramic tile throughout the living area and kitchen, and carpet in the bedrooms. The grilling area and outdoor pool are just steps away from the condo’s covered patio.

· Living area, highlighted with a bright beach-colored armchair and loveseat, has a Queen sofa sleeper and a wall-mounted, flat-screen television. The living room accesses the large, covered patio through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances, light tan countertops and white cabinetry. A breakfast bar has seating for two.

· Dining area has a white wood table with six well-cushioned chairs.

· The master bedroom has a King-size bed, wall-mounted television, ample dresser space and a desk. The master has direct access to the patio as well.

· Master bathroom has a double-sink vanity and a tiled stand-up shower with a corner seat.

We did have a few minor issues with our condo that we reported, but overall we were satisfied. The kitchen was adequately supplied and loved being on the ground level.

We had a very good trip, the condo was perfect. Roomy and comfortable. We loved having a walkout patio so close to the pool and beach access. It was frustrating having to wait to check in after a long day of driving.
