Gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condominium that sleeps 13 is located on the 9th floor of the Phoenix VII. This unit features a keyless entry.
· Magnificent corner unit with two wraparound balconies off living area. New Polywood furniture on both balconies.
· Fully equipped kitchen with all top end stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. Includes separate beverage cooler.
· Dining area has a table with seating for six and the kitchen bar seats two. Beach facing balcony table seats 6.
· Master bedroom has a new (May 2020) King-size bed, hardwood floors, north balcony access, and 47" flat
screen TV and DVD player.
· Garden jet tub and extended countertop in the master bathroom
· Second bedroom has a Full-size bunk bed and a separate Queen-size bed with a flatscreen TV

· Third bedroom has a King-size bed, large dresser, and a flatscreen TV.
· Queen sofa sleeper, wooden floors, and DVD player in the living area
· Twin XL Cot with thick mattress pad and extra sheets.

We enjoyed this trip at this location. The condo was spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a nice view.

There are some small things that are broken or that are very breakable so look out for those! It sleeps 10 max not including the 1 person cot that is in the master bedroom closet. Only received 2 parking passes when we thought it was 3 but it still worked fine! Enjoyed the place very much!!

The condo was not ready at check in time. Once we were able to go up to the condo the toilet was clogged from the previous renter and the floors did not appear to have been cleaned. The front desk was quick to get it fixed but never could get them to answer the phone. We had to walk to the front desk each time we had an issue. We also did not have sheets for the couch bed. As with most couch beds, it was very uncomfortable. The dryer takes a couple of cycles to dry towels. There is also an eye on the stove that does not work well.
