Bathrooms are equipped with a single set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, you'll find a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags, designed to cover your first night's needs. As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel. The balcony few was beautiful! My granddaughter loved the water slide and the lazy river. Condo was very impressive and clean.

A lovely vacation making memories. Great and responsive customer service. We ate out mostly but the kitchen was well stocked.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of stocked items and the cleanliness was great. Was disappointed in the bathrooms. Not 3 tubs like advertised and with 15 people- this was tough! The bedding was not as comfortable as most places. The noise was ridiculous, especially at night. Loud hammering two nights in a row kept us up. Dishwasher didn’t work properly but all other accommodations worked very well- especially internet! There should be more security on premises as the slide was never monitored and quickly became overrun with misbehaving teens. Also there was only 1 hot tub - which was broken- most Phoenix have more.
