Guest Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds and two custom-built twin bunks with lighting, charging ports, and individual shelves, plus private bath with custom tile shower.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) vehicles maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each and are to be purchased on site upon arrival. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was nice. The service was lousy. The refrigerator ice and water was not working when we arrived. Texted your company. Was told it was after hours so I left a message. Sent another text on Friday and was told service would contact me and never did. And I get text from someone wanting me to let a potential buyer in to see the condo on my vacation.

Nice place to stay with plenty for young kids to do. We had a few issues which were never addressed by the property manager. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The stand alone icemaker did not work. The dryer would not come on. Called on the second morning about the issues and they sent someone out the afternoon of day 3. did not fix or even look at the icemakers. He showed us that you must hold the dryer button in for several seconds and then it would come on. Unfortunately when the dryer comes on you have to send it thru about three sessions to actually get the clothes mostly dry, then hang them on furniture on the balcony to finish drying. There were several pull chains on the sunshades that did not work. When I called they said they saw where I had reported this issue but I did not, so I suppose the guest before us reported this. It was not repaired however so those are still broken as well. Nothing major that we couldn't deal with except for the dryer thing which was a major hassle.

Excellent, overall. A few minor issues. The refrigerator icemaker and the bar icemaker were inoperative. As to the facility - the children's splashpad pump was inoperative for most of the stay, much to the disappointment of our grandchildren.

Spacious clean 4 BR, 3 BA condo with gulf view on one side and bay view on the other. Lovely decor and comfortable furniture. Some of the beds are a little lumpy and bumpy. Bring you wine glasses if you like to drink wine out of glass. Other than that no complaints.

Beautiful property and condo. No onsite food, restaurants. Management company did not allow early check in and bathroom sinks were slow to drain, otherwise great place!
