Check in was extremely easy. Condo is in a great location, and the building itself was really nice and clean. Our kids loved the pools and how close the beach was to be able to do both in one day. Only cons was that the condo was a little dirty, especially the walls. And there’s no vacuum to clean floors from the sand/etc. Overall we had an amazing stay and highly recommend the Phoenix!

This was a beautiful condo directly on the beach. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend! The only negative was both tubs were VERY slow to drain so we just had to stagger showers. But otherwise a wonderful stay!!

Overall, the unit was nice, but the cleanliness could have been improved a good bit. Also, the light in the laundry area was inoperable. The undercounter light above the stove wasn’t working, and there were exposed wire connections, which is a building code violation. I would stay here again, if these issues were resolved.
