Very good experience, highly recommended, the hospitality of the team especially Mr. Hossam the reception manager, miss Elham from the guest relationship team, and Ibrahim from the house keeping team

Pleasant staff, good quality food, clean
BEWARE: there are actually 2 hotels. The "Mountain side" does not have beach access and is old. DO NOT book there. We had to switch to the Beach side and pay $100 more / day as a supplement. But , believe me, you do not want to stay on the Mountain side... Also, preferable if you are Russian or Italian, as this is 90% of the guests.
