Hotel Novotel Sharm El-Sheikh

Location : the best location in Naama bay I would like to express my sincere thanks to the hotel management and all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Monad at the reception, who gave us such a warm welcome. He kindly arranged an early check-in before our scheduled time and generously upgraded our reservation from a Standard Room to a Family Room. I would also like to thank Mr. Shaaban from the housekeeping team. He was always attentive to the cleanliness of our room and ensured it was maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. The food was outstanding—delicious, varied, and of exceptional quality. A special thanks to Chef Mohamed Ashour, who was always making sure that all the guests were satisfied with both the quality and the taste of the food. Our stay was truly wonderful. The hotel felt like our second home, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel, and we look forward to visiting again.

All was amazing

Wonderful hotel, a comfortable room, and a great animation program for children. We had a room with a beautiful sea view; the beach was convenient and clean, the staff were attentive, and there were always enough sunbeds. We are thinking about coming back again.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. However, there are a few things that could be improved. We would have liked to see more seafood options in the restaurant, as this is a seaside destination. Ice cream was available only for an additional charge, which was a bit disappointing. The area with the children’s water slides could use some renovation, as parts of the surface are peeling off and may be unsafe. On the first day, I noticed that my country’s flag was displayed upside down (I hope this was simply due to a lack of awareness). I reported it at reception and was confident it would be corrected. Unfortunately, on the last day, I saw that nothing had changed. This was quite upsetting, especially since everything else about the hotel and our vacation was almost perfect.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is good for families. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed. The animation team, especially Joseph, worked hard to keep guests entertained and made the stay more enjoyable.

The restaurant and bar service were disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel. If you arrive slightly late for meals, many dishes are already empty and often not refilled even after asking staff. Drinks were also very limited — once items like Coke Zero or juices finished, they were usually not replaced. We also had a small injury during our stay and the hotel had no proper doctor on site, only a staff member who immediately directed us to an extremely expensive hospital without even checking the injury properly. The medical experience felt very commercial and overpriced. Also, all-inclusive only includes local alcohol, which should be explained more clearly.
