    Sure! Here’s a brief review you can use: ⸻ The hotel is undeniably impressive in terms of size, amenities, and food quality—offering a luxurious experience with stunning facilities, diverse dining options, and a generally comfortable atmosphere. However, the service side leaves much to be desired. Reception services, laundry, and phone assistance are extremely poor. Calls go unanswered, and even when staff are approached directly at the reception desk, the requested services are often not provided. Based on this, I’d rate the service in these areas a disappointing 1 out of 10.
