The staff could not have been better and really made the stay. The hotel is a little bit tired but is not too bad. There are ongoing works so I am sure it will get better.
The food wasn't great but what followed was even worse. My friend and I were both extremely unwell. We didn't have any food together in transit or outside the hotel. We didn't stay together and we didn't even fly together. This seems like too much of a coincidence for it to be something else. It's a shame because I planned to return a month later, ended up booking Dubai instead.

I liked the beach and the room was pretty nice.
an issue accrued while I was taking a shower the lights cut off the then water than the water in the sink turned Brown. But It all got fixed. And all of the water activitys at the beach were way overpriced.

There's plenty of food options all through the day.
This is a high occupancy resort and can get very busy at times.

Good location. Big room with nice decoration.
Couldn’t find the Indian restaurant and the staff asked us to wait at lobby for the shuttle but then no one told us when shuttle came. We waited 30 minutes and no one helped us
