كما أتوجه بالشكر للموظف sameh الذي ساعدنا في نقل جميع الأمتعة والطلبات، وحرص على راحتنا، بل وقام بجولة تعريفية لنا بالمكان ومرافقه، مما جعلنا نشعر بالراحة والحرية والاسترخاء طوال فترة إقامتنا شكرا لك من اعماق القلب sameh انك راقي جدا .

Excellent location next to Soho Square and not far from transportation. The hotel has two sides, one beach and the other mountain. The beachside was recently renovated and the facilities are still sparkling new. The beachside has a small beach but enjoyable for snorkelling. The pool is smaller than mountainside but heated. As a guest you have access to facilities on both sides with buses going back and forth every 15 minutes, which was extremely convenient. The evening shows were enjoyable. The animation team and staff overall were excellent 10/10. The food variety was very good and very tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Everything was great, the hotel was just gorgeous, very green, fresh and clean. The updated version with access closer to the sea is simply a delight, the beautiful dining room, the pool are all top notch. We will be glad to come back again

I liked that it was close to Soho Square. We were upgraded to the newly renovated beach side. I was glad we could order ala carte although we were not on the all inclusive option.
The staff were harassing and persistent for reviews. We were in a hurry to check out and I was asked for my phone to see the booking app. I asked why? I was told they wanted a review. I responded that I would do so when I have time because I am in a hurry. I was told to give a 10 star review and the lady kept insisting I must rate them 10 stars. Absolutely unacceptable! The coffee at breakfast is disgusting! Literally water and milk.
