I stayed at Sunrise Remal Resort for 9 nights. The hotel has some excellent features, but unfortunately my overall experience was mixed because of several issues that were never properly addressed. The positives: The biggest highlight is definitely the sea. The resort is located right next to a beautiful coral reef where you can snorkel and see many different species of colorful fish. It's a fantastic location for anyone who loves the Red Sea. The staff working in the main restaurant provided very good service. They were friendly, hardworking, and always tried to help. The bellboys were also very polite and welcoming throughout our stay. The negatives: At breakfast, there was no real butter available—only margarine. I reported this to Guest Relations during my stay, but nothing changed. I'm not sure what type of cooking oil is used in the restaurants, but after several meals I repeatedly experienced heartburn. The beach lacks proper seating. There are only sunbeds for lying down. Some guests, especially older people or those with back problems, prefer to sit on chairs. The only place with chairs is the beach bar, but guests are required to wear a T-shirt to sit there. In the extreme summer heat, this rule makes it uncomfortable if you just want to sit and enjoy the view after swimming. Unfortunately, we experienced diarrhea during our stay after eating at the main restaurant. We cannot say exactly which food caused it, but it affected our holiday. The beach bar frequently ran out of beer, often every day. Guests had to wait until more beer was delivered, which shouldn't happen at an all-inclusive resort. Housekeeping was inconsistent. If we didn't specifically ask for our room to be cleaned, it often wasn't cleaned at all. Our room had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay. We couldn't identify the source, but it was noticeable every day and made the room less comfortable.

We love the hotel, the food is incredible. The staff is super nice. The room was not overly clean, window was dirty, there was dust behind the furniture, bathroom mirror was not clean. The conditioner was empty. We will still come back again next year.

hotel's location is good and kinda clean but food and beverage were awful. Food always felt like either extremely salty or not fresh at all, beverages were horrible as well. If you couldn't find anywhere else to book, at least do a favor for yourself and don't book all inclusive.
