Loved everything about the hotel! The location is great, the cleanliness is exceptional, the staff are all amazing but a special shout goes out to Mr. Mohamed Yosry and Mr. Mohamed Ayman from the hotel's restaurants! Well done everyone, and thank you for everything!

Food was varied but not that tasty Pools were a lot, quite but cold They streamed the world cup matches on a big screen

Electricity cut off for 2 full evenings, no AC no wifi no water The manager blamed it on the area, but it was only the hotel who had the issue. Everyday when they clean the room, they leave it without towels until the guests are back to the room to pay a tip. Our stay at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm Aqua Park was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered everything we needed for a perfect vacation. There was no need to leave the hotel because all the activities, entertainment, restaurants, pools, beach, and facilities were available within the resort. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Standard Room to a Family Room with a beautiful sea view. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special, and we are truly grateful to the hotel management. The food was excellent with a great variety of choices every day. A special thank you to Ibrahim and the entire team at Culina Restaurant for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We also want to thank the Soprano Restaurant team, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. A very special thanks goes to Mr. Reda Reception Manager. He checked on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and always offered assistance with a smile. His professionalism and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. Every member of the staff was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and the cleanliness was exceptional. We highly recommend Pickalbatros Palace Sharm Aqua Park to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday unforgettable.

The only downside was that our 4-night stay was too short—we wish we could have stayed longer!
