JAZ Belvedere

We really enjoyed our stay at JAZ Belvedere. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The beach and pools were lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Hanna Adly, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his kindness, attention, and support throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Abdalla from Housekeeping and Hussein from F&B for their excellent service and kindness. They all made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The food was also good, with a nice variety of options.

We did not have any major issues during our stay. Overall, everything was well organized and we were satisfied with the hotel and the service.

The stuff are very friendly specially mr hana in the reception the night show was amazing the food is very tasty and good quality specially the beef the room service are very polite and helpful it was an amazing stay even the waters although they are so busy they are v vv helpful I highly recommend the hotel

Stuff is very poor in English , food is bad which needs more improvement. You need to walk a lot in the sea if you want to swim . Just one pool as they were fixing the other pool. No pool bar because the bar is outside the pool. You cannot take the food from the pool bar to the sea . You cannot take just eat in this bar. Very expensive taxis when you wanna go out. I asked the reception to have one towel to wrap my souvenirs , but they refused !!!
