Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites - All Inclusive

We stayed in Villa 59. It was really good in terms of size and amenities available. The bus was always available and majority of the time came within 10min to take you to restaurants during meal times. The private pool was clean and as expected. We had fantastic team of cleaners Mohamed Mohsen and Mohamed Jarir. These guys made the holiday special. No issue was too small or too big for them they really went above and beyond. The driver in the mornings Mohamed Mostafa I think his name is was always so friendly. The manager Moamen Mostafa was always in touch with me via WhatsApp and checking to make sure everything was fine.

The only slight inconvenience was being taken to the wrong villa on arrival first but this was fixed by the manager Moamen Mostafa immediately who also arranged a late evening meal to be delivered as we arrived very late and also ensured a cot was provided for my small baby straight away.

No beach and if you get there by golf it’s still far from being direct to the beach, no Arabic music by the pool

Lovely staff who work very hard in most areas of the hotel. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We had a deluxe room which was cozy, bed was comfy and room was massive. Fully assessible for wheelchairs and very close to airport about 12 minutes and to Naama bay and Soho square. Taxi man at the front is also very friendly as are his drivers.

I wouldn't call this place luxury, that's a very misleading title and I don't feel this place offers much more than a standard all inclusive in Sharm. I saw cheaper hotels and went for this as it claimed luxury and wish I had gone for cheaper option as nothing blew me away. Food was prob the worst all inclusive I have been to although always something to eat. The Turkish restaurant wasn't to my taste, didn't bother with the others. We had a bit of an issue in our room and while Mohamed tried to help us and had manners, the female manager could do with some customer service training on how to speak to people and how to have compassion as I am disabled with an energy limiting physical disability. The entertainment work hard and this is perfect for kids as they ran lots throughout the day but very repetitive and the same sound track each day. Lasty, house keeping were not very good, they didn't do much that's for sure. I wouldn't return as I would get more for my money else where.
