I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and could not be more impressed with the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I received such a warm welcome, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay truly special. I especially appreciated how carefully they took note of my preferences and made every effort to ensure that everything was exactly as I wanted. As I was celebrating a special occasion, the complimentary upgrade was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable. I was also extremely grateful for the early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay so much more comfortable and convenient. A very special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Zekrey, Mr. Mohamed Agag, Mr. Samuel Gerges & Mr. Wael Mohamed for their outstanding care, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Their personal attention and dedication truly made a difference and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to every detail.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s exceptional location, right by the sandy beach of Naama Bay and the promenade, which is a rare treat in Sharm El Sheikh. The snorkeling spot with its vibrant coral and sea life was a highlight. We were also impressed by the friendly and attentive staff across all departments—reception, management, room service, and maintenance.

The experience had several drawbacks. The food quality fell well short of expectations; while the quantity was good, the quality was poor across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was also very outdated and in desperate need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom where the shower area was damaged and clogged. At the beach, there was no staff assistance to help guests find sunbeds or umbrellas, leaving people to reserve chairs they weren't using and making it hard to find a spot. Considering these issues, the pricing is far too high—especially when compared to 5-star hotels offering better quality at lower rates. The hotel should definitely adjust its prices to match its actual 4-star service level.

Nice sea with helpful staff from reception

The beach

It is unfair when I pay 1050 Euro for a room where everyone else paid half this amount
