Being a first-time solo female traveler, the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. The receptionist Ayman Ashour was extremely professional and attentive and provided great customer service. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

I loved the beach and the pool, also all the staff was very helpful from the minute we walked in to check out until the minute we checked out, everyone was very helpful
Out male room attendant was very good and had everything done for us
H was very respectful and did out room great! Also we had Mohamed that checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

This resort is amazing, we stayed there for one day only and we regretted not staying longer.
The whole staff from front desk as well from the rest of the hotel were very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed every bit of it. Amazing place. .
