Pleasant!

We chose the hotel due to location, the reception was welcoming n very warm! A really lovely lady & evening man on reception, room was basic but beds comfortable, bathroom warm n very modern too! No heating in the room if it was the air con machine couldnt get it to work, freezing! But we didnt stay in the room in the day! Paid for breakfast, you had a decent choice rather than walk around looking!

amazing lady at the reception - I thought I had lost the magnetic card (key) to hotel room. she did a new one at no cost, and I found that the original was left in the room.. so returned both, she was full of understanding. thank you!

Excellent

Excellent hotel. This is the 2nd year in a row I’m coming. This time I needed to check in early and the staff managed to accommodate me. I will definitely come back if I am to stay in Rotterdam again.

Good option for a short-time stay in Rotterdam

Good location, enough space in the room for the price, and friendly staff.

The curtains hover over the bed, and the bed and pillows might appear too soft. There was active renovation in the neighboring room (loud during the day, with a dirty hall and construction waste), but it was most likely temporary.

Friendly basic hotel near Coolhaven Metro Station

Efficiently run hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly. There was building work going on so the area outside the door to my room was very dusty etc. Good shower with two heads. The room was basic but clean. The metro station is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away and a couple of bars . The hotel suited me fine for my 3 night stay. I would stay again.

I didn't not like - but Coolhaven is what Rotterdam residents call an area 'in transition'. I didn't feel unsafe but currently there is not much in the area. The curtains in my room were really thin and kept little of the light out.

Clean. Elevator access and ramp access. Friendly staff. Access to breakfast. Nice outdoor court to sit in. Good location

Decent stay for work, but could have been better

The hotel is located in a nice area, a bit quieter than the city center, which was appreciated. From there you can walk to Delfshaven, which is a nice old town part of Rotterdam. It's 4 mins walk to the nearest metro station, which is also very convenient.

Overall, the room looked quite old, in need of some cosmetic renovation. There was no power outlet in the bathroom to connect my hair iron, so I had to use it in the room with no mirror in front, which was inconvenient. Soundproof was also not the best, you could hear everything from the hall and rooms above.

everything was clean, cozy. small room, but has everything you need. delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. parking is 500 meters from the hotel, you can leave the car and walk. the location of the hotel is very convenient, you can get there on foot or by metro, which is nearby.

the glass in the shower does not close completely, it is inconvenient to take a shower

Clean, nice size room. Bubblebath disgustingly smelly.

The location is excellent, easy access from public transport and cheap parking nearby at Q-Park. The room itself looked very clean.

The bubbles in the bubblebath could not be turned on. Well, they could, but a horrible moldy smell would come out of it. Staff did not really provide a way to fix it in regards to cost reduction. If you book this room specifically for the availability of the bubblebath, inform whether the problem is fixed or look further.
