Le Se7t Penthouses

The unit is well stocked with a wide variety of kitchen utensils and dishes. It also includes cooking oil, sugar, and toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and plenty of toilet paper. The Smart TV is a nice bonus.

One thing I didn’t like was that one of the bedrooms was extremely cold for two nights (around 68°F), and my mom ended up getting sick because of it. Regarding the kitchen utensils, the kettle was stored empty but still wet inside. Since the interior is black, it made us worry that mold could have developed. Also, all of the pots and pans were in very poor condition. They were heavily scratched and worn out, likely from previous guests who didn’t take care of them. They had peeled off almost completely, which is a health concern. There were no extra trash bags to replace the one in the kitchen. We had to request more, but I think extra bags should already be provided without guests having to ask. Finally, I recommend paying closer attention to the lobby cleaning. The floor was left very slippery after it was mopped, and there was no “Wet Floor” sign. My child almost slipped and fell, which was very dangerous.

Really appreciated the staff letting us in early and extra time before checking out. The penthouse is lovely, spacious and the balcony is a great feature.

The location of the apartment complex was fantastic. There's so many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, plus Downtown and the main train station is just a walk away.

The photos and other reviews don't match the apartment we were in, including the photos specific to the room we booked. Everything else leading up to our stay indicated that we would be in a bright, modern, and clean apartment that faced the common courtyard/pool but, in actual fact, we were in a dank, very rundown second-floor room that stared straight into a dirt car park. The place had not been properly maintained or looked after with plenty of stains on the rug, couch and walls, and mould lining the shower. Furthermore, we had a spin/cycling gym almost directly below us, which meant blasting club music throughout the week, including mornings on weekends. Overall, the apartment and noise made us uncomfortable to stay there.
