Great central location 5 min walk to cathedral On doorstep of village Very friendly host and staff Good breakfast

The owner was really nice and offered me a better room without any extra charges - really appreciated it! The location is wonderful (super close to the cathedral and right next to a great pub). Breakfast was nice.

The room was quite old and you could kinda smell that.

The breakfast was great - promptly served and delicious. The view from our room was lovely.

Carrying bags up to the third floor. The small bed and soft mattress - the bed linen and towels probably could do with a refresh. The shower/bath arrangement was tricky - the bath placed under sloping roof so standing up was impossible. The only shower option was a ham held device attached to the bath - but you would have to sit to shower. It really didn’t suit us. We hadn’t realised that tbis was the arrangement when we booked.
