Location. Place was clean and quiet.

Well based on the photos, one assumes a balcony view. When you go to book, you must look closely to make sure you book the apartment with front/street balcony. Otherwise you end up looking at a courtyard with everyone’s laundry being hung out.

Excellent location, next to Sagrada, supermarket around the corner, cafes nearby especially McDonald’s KFC etc

We liked the view. The view was the gem of the apartment. There was an spectacular view of La Sagrada Familia, the streets full of birds singing on the many trees and people walking. Amazing! We also like the old charm of the apartment with its vintage 60's decoration. It had a comfortable living room area. The people at front desk was kind and ready to help. The balcony area was very nice. The location was also very good in the middle of everything. We had markets, coffee shops and good restaurants near by.

The apartment wasn't vary clean. It was clean, but not thoroughly clean. The towels were kind of old. Not too many bad things to say because our itinerary in Barcelona was very packed and we hardly had much time to appreciate the apartment. One odd thing to add is that they had a bath tub but not a stopper. I wasn't go to use it anyways because it wasn't very clean.
