    When I booked with agoda it indicates it includes breakfast on the price, when I checked in the staff there said its not included. I will not booked with agoda again!

    The hotel is very close to the Sagrada Familia which is its USP. Otherwise, for the prices being charged, the facilities were okayish (comparing to other stays in Spain, and not necessarily Barcelona). While I was told that tap water is potable across Spain, the hotel staff informed that the tap water was not good and recommend we got a large bottle from the store next door. The room space was limited for the infant to crawl around (we did not take a baby cot). The staff was warm and helpful. Hot water ran out in one instance and there are no signs on switches indicating if any of them was the geyser.

    Could have been 5stars, my only complaint is that when i tried to use the air conditioning, water is leaking. So i turned it off. Luckily it is not hot at night. And my room is besides the elevator, can feel and hear the vibration when someone is using it. Everything else is ok

    I don't like leaving bad reviews but our room was terrible. Cold showers, fridge and TV not working and cockroaches in the room. The staff did their best to address our concerns eventually moving us to a better room
