Big room, spacious bathroom, everything very clean, free toiletries of good quality, comfortable mattress, central location, easy to reach.
The curtains don't close completely so it wasn't fully dark at night. The room was on the first floor, overlooking the main road, where the tram passed frequently; so despite the double glasses windows there was noise coming from the road, also at night.

If you don't expect 5 star, it's fine. Liked the quiet room. Nice decor. Good location.
Not 5 star as advertised. Essential items missing. No robes, slippers, vanity set. Lot of little issues. Quite a lot of dust in the room. Water not replenished after first day. Towels had seen better days. Shampoo and condititioner in opposite containers. Not all items labelled at breakfast. No made to order options. Good hotel for a 3 star but not more.
