    Kilkenny House is a fine stay. It is about a 30 minute walk to Kilkenny Castle (@10-11 EUR taxi ride). The room is small but beds comfortable. Bathroom very small and a bit dated. No lift (elevator) but bag service offered right upon arrival. The breakfast cafe was charming. Delicious coffee and tea. Fewer options offered for Full Irish breakfast but very good! Rooms lock with traditional key attached to rectangular leather key ring. And if you want to blow your nose, you are using toilet paper…
