Breakfast was disappointing for a guest with Celiac. The plates and bowls were located next to the bread and toast often times leaving crumbs on "clean" plates stacked next to it. I suggest adding some plates and bowls on the allergy safe table you have. Though the safely packaged gluten free bread, cereal, and dedicated toaster were very appreciated, possibly add some hot breakfast options besides scrambled eggs. Possibly an omelet option. For parking, you are required to park in the public garage near the hotel which is very close. The attendant at the garage was kind enough to charge me for a week as opposed to 3 days because it was much cheaper oddly. The staff should point that out. Although the free welcome drink is greatly appreciated, not everyone can drink prosecco due to migraines. Possibly add a second inexpensive option that isn't prosecco based. Overall, these issues would not stop a return visit. Location was perfect and the room was beautiful.

Excellent choice to stay in beautiful Kilkenny town. Central location and beautiful rooms. Included BF is also delicious and filling. Can walk everywhere from hotel.
Easy to park at parking garage next door if coming by car.

The room was clean. The staff in the bar were very friendly and made great cocktails.
