The position of the hotel is excellent- just a short walk from Victoria Station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent; a lovely range of things.

Comfortable bed, continental breakfast adequate, location great.
The shower thermostat was not user friendly. One of us had a scalding hot shower, the other lukewarm to cold. Very difficult to adjust.

Location good. Good breakfast. Nice decor in public areas. Staff in breakfast room good.
Room was small and on 2 levels, bathroom down stairs. Bed right up against wall at one side. Very noisy from lift doors banging.
