It was charming, near train and bus station and hop on hop off. We walked to Buckingham Palace for changing of guards. Loved breakfast buffet included with stay. Staff very friendly and checked in early.
Refrigerator was broken. No ice or fridge was a pain because there was a heatwave going on during our stay. Reported first morning of stay with no repair. Disappointing but still would book this hotel again.

The location to Victoria station was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable.
Whilst an en-suite bathroom it was down some stairs and the room needs some updating. Didn’t like The lift!

Location good. Good breakfast. Nice decor in public areas. Staff in breakfast room good.
Room was small and on 2 levels, bathroom down stairs. Bed right up against wall at one side. Very noisy from lift doors banging.
