When we visit London, this is always our to go place to stay. We prefer smaller boutique hotels with personal service, rather than the large ones. The staff are always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. We love the quiet location over looking the leafy green gardens of Chesham Place, a little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms are very clean and beds and bedding are top quality.
The cosy lounge and library, is a perfect place to wind down for tea and coffee or a glass of wine after a busy day out!

ROom on a high floor as i had requested and with a lot of light many windows as i had requested as they can be a little dark
At the bill they charge 25 pounds per day for service which you could remove but they do not tell you this unless you ask and also i find it unconfortable.

The room was comfortable if a little small for the price
The breakfast was very underwhelming compared to similar or even cheaper hotels in london and around the world
The choice was limited, the buffet uninteresting and the staff seemed not to really listen to orders and I believe the chefs had little love for their work
Generally most of the staff seemed uninterested and not very friendly - Housekeeping staff were absolutely professional, helpful and friendly
