About this cottage rental
Located within walking distance of the beach (approx 5 tenths of a mile to Moody Point on Ocean Avenue), this cottage is tucked in a quiet residential district. From the living room, you can enjoy the edge of Rachel Carson Park and see the marsh that leads to the ocean front. Sit outside on a cozy deck, or relax in the enclosed porch. The house features 3 different eating areas perfect for families and gatherings. The kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, dishwasher and has a cozy eating area. Relax in one of two living rooms. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a twin bed perfect for a child, and a pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom has a small deck leading to the side yard and there is an additional bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. The second bedroom also has a small television. Besides cable tv, the house also has wifi. The cottage also is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Provides a perfect setting for families and couples to enjoy the Southern Maine experience. Wells Beach is a leisurely walk of approximately 1 mile from the cottage. Drake's Island, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and York Beach are all minutes away.

This was a very nice clean quiet place to stay enough room for a family to be together but also have their own space. It was close to everything we wanted. The walk to the sea wall was about 15 minutes. Crescent beach just a little further. The walk to the Scoop Deck, ice cream stand is also about 15 minutes. Other beaches are a short drive. The owner was responsive and helpful.
