About this apartment rental
This spacious apartment has gorgeous ocean and marsh views from every window. Every room has been renovated. There is a large new bath, flooring, and new kitchen.
The large bedrooms have fabulous ocean views. You enter from a patio overlooking the tranquil marsh.
The family room flows directly into the bright eat in kitchen with all the amenities of home (microwave, coffee maker and toaster). There is a flat screen TV, WiFi , DVD player and a sleep sofa for additional guests (Apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably).
The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second a full size bed. There is plenty of room for a cot or portable crib for a small child.
It is just steps from the ocean with a Public Way (#2) directly across the street.

This property is in a prime location for easy access to the beach. Would particularly recommend staying in the upstairs unit for beautiful ocean views from the front bedroom windows and sunsets out the back. The upstairs has been updated and feels fresh and airy. Washer and dryer in the basement as well as an abundance of beach, chairs, and toys were a nice extra.

Our second stay in this apartment (and third at this property - stayed downstairs the first year). We love the location - beach right across the street, short walk to shops/arcade on Mile Road. Layout of the apartment is great, working laundry in the basement, lots of beach stuff to borrow in the basement, parking is easy, hosts are easy to communicate with. We will be back.
