About this apartment rental

This is a ground floor unit, of a duplex, with 3bdrms, 1 King, 2 twins and a set of bunks. It has granite counter tops, tile floors, 1 full bath and a washer dryer. There is a patio, facing the marsh with furniture and gas grill. It is just 100 yds., to a sandy beach. This unit is very clean, has gorgeous views of marsh and river, with fabulous views of the sunsets. It is in a nice quiet neighbor hood, on a dead end street and is just 1 mile to grocery store, movie theater and other stores. It is just a short walk to a restaurant, coffee shop and other shops. Very popular cottage. Must bring your own sheets, pillows, pillowcases and towels. This unit only has internet service. You must bring your own Streaming information or device.

This was the first time my family stayed here. We had a wonderful time. The home was clean and steps from Wells beach. We plan to stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Wells Beach while staying in this rental. It was very clean and had beautiful views of the marsh. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and Bill was a welcoming host. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beach vacation!

The house was immaculately clean and very nice. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The view of the marsh was beautiful and the sunsets incredible. The beach was very close and an easy walk. We really enjoyed our stay!
