Very comfortable for off season. Gas pot belly stove helped warm it up.

Clean, well-equipped kitchen, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store

The walls had more dirt on them than my shed that has not been cleaned in years, the front of the stove and knobs were covered in grease, the fans all had so much dust on them we were afraid to turn them on, the air conditioner was so filthy, we would not turn it on, the bathroom room was not cleaned at all, so we cleaned it before we used it. Everyone’s dogs pooped in our yard and the owners did not pick it up (any sane person that owns a dog knows when it poops you are responsible to pick it up) I spoke to the owner and he commented that he is always picking up dog poop from the dogs that stay there. The table cloth on the screened porch had black mold on it from being left out in the elements. The place it’s self is very cute, but when you stay at this type of establishment it has to be clean, sheets and beds need to be comfortable (which these beds were and the sheets were nice too) and you should not have to worry about dogs poop being left behind for someone to step in. I hope things change it could really be a great place to get away with friends and pets.
