It is a wonderful space and a great location.
The outside needs attention. I’m not talking about the lobster things. The deck had a rug with dog poo. Also a dirty bucket and mop. The front had shovels thrown about and misc perhaps ice bucket. The poo was not ok but these things are easily fixed . Just a quick pickup for guests.

Quiet street. Well stocked kitchen and space. Enjoyed my visit. Would stay again.
Outside decking needs a bit of work but looks like repairs are being made. Was very well lit at night

Quiet street, great area, very clean and well appointed
The sofa bed is uncomfortable.
One little suggestion would be to have oven mitts in the kitchen
$$$$
