Everything was perfect for a weekend break for our wedding anniversary. We had a warm unexpected welcome. The room was big and clean with a very comfortable double bed as requested. It had a beautiful views too. Very good Wifi. The pools were great especially the indoor pool which was warm. We loved the cocktails and the evening entertainment which was different everyday. Parking area is big too. This was the 3 time in this hotel this year and we will definitely come again.
Would have liked a more varied breakfast especially more healthy options. Corridors need to be refurbished.

Overall, really happy with our stay at the Paradise Bay Resort
1) Location was great, with sea view from our balcony, walking distance from the port to access Gozo and Comino, really quiet location compared to Valletta and easy access to several sandy beaches
2) All staff were friendly and approachable
3) Food was varied and tasty (we were full board)
4) Compared to neighbouring hotels, we really got value for money
It's classified as a 4*, but really a 3*. Foyer area is very impressive, but other parts of the hotel are dated and need upgrades, indoor pool area especially. And both the outdoor and indoor pools are saltwater

Great location if you want to be right next to the sea and cliffs. Kind personell and clean room..Desserts were famulous every night, drinks included is also a plus point.
Inner pool need and its area needs to be renoveted as well. It is heated but has salt water in the pool.
Meals were not bad, but for kids it was not easy to find dinner.

The Hotel is beautiful, the pools are big dnd the view is amazing.
The food is not good. Sometimes, it was not fresh. When we go to a hotel, we expect that the food is better than the one we cook at home, not worse. We were on full board. The food offered during lunch and dinner was exactly the same. We were dreading the time to go and eat. Once I took an ice tea from their machine. It's colour was completely different than it should be. I didn't dare to finish it. They need serious improvement in this area.
