Staff were friendly and approachable
Area of St Paul’s where hotel is located is very run down and unattractive- lots of rubbish and pavements etc are in a bad state of repair We booked a penthouse apartment that was basic and needed some redecoration and attention to general maintenance - we relocated to another hotel in Valletta after only one night. For price we paid we could have booked very good 4/5 stars hotel in more upmarket resort
