On the second floor:
Fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances.
Two exterior bedrooms, each with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m).
A full bathroom shared by both bedrooms.
On the top floor:
Fourth bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m).
En-suite bathroom.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

We loved our stay - the place is centrally located in Marbella. It is close to everything you would want. We walked everywhere.
We were a group of 8 and the space easily accommodated us. Honestly, the space is even better than photographed. It is filled with charm and luxury. Incredible value for price.
The hosts were extremely responsive and everything about our stay was easy. We hope to be back!

We traveled with two teenage girls and a family friend. A total of 5 people. The house is gorgeous and in a perfect location. Comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Fun street and excellent recommendations. Walking distance to the beach. So fun!

Had a lovely stay the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location Marcelo was very friendly & told us everything we needed to know. Definitely be returning in the future.
