We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Villa Las Lomas de Marbella and would happily stay again. The villa is in a great location, close to Marbella, Puerto Banús, beaches, supermarkets and restaurants, making it perfect for families and larger groups. We were a family of 9 and had plenty of space to enjoy our time together. Our holiday didn't start perfectly as there were a few cleaning and maintenance issues when we arrived, but what truly deserves recognition is the incredible service we received from Jose. He responded immediately, apologised sincerely and arranged for a thorough deep clean the very next day. He stayed in regular contact throughout our stay, making sure every issue was resolved quickly and professionally. To make matters worse, the airline lost all 8 of our suitcases, but Jose went far beyond what anyone would expect. He coordinated directly with the airport baggage company, answered calls on our behalf, safely stored our luggage, took photographs of every suitcase for us and arranged for them to be delivered securely back to the villa while we were out. This removed so much stress from what could have been a very difficult start to our holiday. Jose also helped us with taxis, extra towels, bin bags, explaining the dishwasher, checking maintenance issues and was always only a WhatsApp message away. Nothing was ever too much trouble. His professionalism, kindness and genuine care for his guests are what made this holiday so special. We also loved meeting Hommer and Cosmo, who became favourites with the family! Thank you, Jose, for turning a difficult start into such a memorable holiday. We genuinely appreciated everything you did for us and will definitely recommend Villa Las Lomas de Marbella to friends and family. We hope to return next year!
