Quiet Central West End Apartments by Indigo Flats

The apartment is in an excellent location – close to a tube station and within walking distance of key sights. There are great grocery stores and cafes just around the corner. The check-in process was very simple and logical, making the arrival smooth and easy. The apartment itself is clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (even a washing machine), and it was a lovely touch to find toiletries in the bathroom and tea and coffee in the kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a solid choice for the location. If I ever find myself in London again, this accommodation will be my first choice!

A few small details would have made the stay even more comfortable: a couple of hooks for coats, a higher coffee table, and a rug in the living room for extra warmth and coziness. I also noticed that the blinds need a minor repair, and the mattress is a bit worn – a mattress topper would definitely improve the sleep quality.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Soho, but tucked away in a backstreet. This made it relatively quiet and out of the way, which was great, though the street attracts a few sketchy and/or drunk individuals or groups looking for a more secluded spot at night. We had no trouble at all but my wife and daughter wouldn't have wanted to come home late alone. The flat is small but clean, well equipped, and generally seems well looked after.

The shower is one of those with a mind of its own - super hot or very cold and not much inbetween. Can be managed with some effort. One of the blinds wouldn't open properly. We asked for some extra pillows and although they said they would ask the cleaners to drop some in, they didn't.

The room was in a winning location, clean and equipped!

Uncomfortable bed. We asked for more toilet paper and were told they don't supply more. The same goes for towels. But above all, there is a thing called "service" and here they unfortunately failed. When we arrived the children's bed was not made. We had a problem connecting to wi-fi, they tried to help us by phone and when it didn't work, they said that someone would come to help us, we waited for him for an hour, that's what we were asked for and no one came. Unfortunately it took two days! We asked for another pillow, they promised they would bring it and that didn't happen either! Regrettable and disappointing. Too bad..
