Close to Everything , it was excellent me , my friends and the kids was very happy to stay in the apartment . It’s been my second times I stay here I loved it . Everything was clear with very good instructions and communication , very nice apartment . Best apartment and place to stay . I recommend everyone coming to London to recommend this apartment

To add more shower gel depend how many days the person is staying , and in summer time to put aircon as there was fan but with aircon will be best otherwise nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent! The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Most of the furniture was new.

The bed mattress was broken/of very low quality - it felt like sleeping in a water bed. The host provided an alternative inflatable mattress only after 3 nights, and this did not leave room to move in the apartment. We slept on the living room sofa, and our children on the inflatable bed. Also, the passcode for the door was mistaken - we needed to wait 45 minutes outside at night until the right code was provided. The hosts were not very helpful although responsive.
