Excellent location right in the heart of London, within walking distance of virtually everything. I honestly can't imagine a better spot on the map. The keyless entry system with door codes was extremely convenient—no need to collect or manage keys. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, and all the necessary appliances. We also appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service and fresh bed linen change during our 8-night stay, which is quite uncommon for this type of accommodation. Communication was outstanding. Every question we had before and during our stay was answered almost immediately via chat.

There was not quite enough storage space for clothes. It was manageable for our one-week stay, but additional wardrobe or drawer space would be appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, and the shower head could use replacement. In fact, a bathroom upgrade would be a welcome improvement. The bedroom blinds were also partially broken and should be repaired or replaced. That said, these were relatively minor issues and did not detract from our overall experience. We had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

Le canapé-lit pourrait être un peu plus accessible pour deux adultes. Actuellement un des deux doit enjamber l'autre, ce n'est pas idéal. Sinon, tout était très bien.

Tap in bathroom sink didn’t work My one year old crawled on the floor as soon as we arrived and his knees and socks were filthy The sofa in living room is horrendous to sleep on, even for my 10 and 4 year old I am in no way snobby but the carpets and windows are so dirty need a good clean
