The location

It wasn’t that clean - definitely wasn’t washed before we came and the dishes were dusty

The property is in a great location in Soho, and a short walk from Oxford Circus station. The flat itself is really nice, it’s clean and well equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher etc. Communication with the hosts/managers was excellent, I had a couple of questions prior to our stay and they answered them quickly and were very helpful. You will get a lot of street noise, even we did on the top floor. Also our stay was during the week so assume it’s worse at the weekends. It didn’t really bother us but with considering. There is no luggage storage at the property but there is a facility just round the corner.

The only thing was the bed wasn’t so comfortable, but it was adequate for our 3 night stay. You also only get one pillow each. Not exactly a downside but shower works in quite an odd way, so I’d suggest having a look at the instructions beforehand…there are manuals for all the equipment in the flat in the kitchen cupboards.

The only thing to like is the location.

The place is significantly more rundown than the pictures show. Cleanliness was not up to par either - the bathroom vent had huge pieces of dust around it, all surfaces were dusty, there were dust specs on the outer sheets. I also have no problem climbing a few flights of stairs - but note these are extremely narrow stairs that are very difficult to climb with even a small troller.
