Exceptional

The room is beautiful, cosy and has everything you need (including tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and plenty of food options for a self service breakfast). Convenient location but also on a quiet street, which allows to have a good rest. Wonderful and caring host and easy communication.

A very comfortable stay with excellent hosts.

I was on a pilgrimage walking from Florence to Assisi. Unfortunately, I arrived at the accommodation early. However, my hosts were extremely helpful and quickly prepared the room for me. It was warm, clean, comfortable and had plenty of hot water. Everything I needed for a good night's sleep before I set off again the next morning. The city center was just a short 10 minute walk. Thank you.

Bel soggiorno

La signora Lucia è una persona squisita. Appartamento pulitissimo, c'è tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Comodo per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Colazione ricca. Consiglio: appena arrivate fatevi raccontare un po' di storia eugubina da Lucia, vi sarà utile per la visita della città ☺️

SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!!!!

B&B vicinissimo al centro ( 10 minuti a piedi), in una zona tranquilla e con posto auto sotto casa. La camera era molto ampia, arredata in stile retrò, e pulitissima. In camera vi era tutto l'occorrente per una super colazione: latte, the, macchinetta per il caffe', frutta fresca, yogurt, burro, formaggio, taralli, fette biscottate, marmellate confezionate, nutella, biscotti e brioches. Che dire poi della proprietaria, la sig. ra Lucia: gentilissima e molto accogliente!!!!!!! Insomma, tutto perfetto!!!

A due passi da Gubbio, tutto ciò che serve!

Un piccolo appartamento dotato di camera matrimoniale cucina con divano letto e bagno. Che dire, sebbene la casa non sia moderna,abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Camera matrimoniale: Partiamo dalla sponda per il letto per il nostro bambino che la signora Lucia ci ha fatto trovare ( non è affatto una cosa scontata). Letto matrimoniale grande, con cuscini comodi e tra l’altro nell’armadio ci sono altri cuscini se uno lo desidera. Due piccoli armadi per poter riporre gli indumenti. Televisione appoggiata su un mobiletto nel quale si trova una lavatrice. Cucina: Lucia ha dotato la cucina di tutto il necessario, pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, forno a microonde, fornetto e tanto altro. Troverete una serie di prodotti per la colazione: brioches confezionate, biscotti, fette biscottate, taralli, cracker, cesto con frutta, yogurt, burro, formaggio, marmellata, tè, caffè, cereali da colazioni. Bagno: Bagno piccino ma con bidet water doccia, lavabo e asciugamani. Lucia lascia anche i saponi per doccia e viso. Pozione strategica perché alle porte di Gubbio centro storico, volendo là si raggiunge a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L’unica nota negativa è che l’appartamento è un po’ datato, ma onestamente la dolcezza di Lucia ha fatto passare questa cosa in secondo piano.

Eccellent accueil et très bon emplacement

L'emplacement proche du centre. Chambre spacieuse et belle salle de bain. La dame est extrènement gentille, au petits soins et donne de bons conseils. La chambre est nettoyée. Il y a un frigo avec des yaourts. Les fruits sont frais et possibilite de faire du café ou du thé.

Le petit déjeuner se prend dans la chambre et à l'arrivée tout est sur place. Un peu dommage que les viennoiseries soient commerciales.

Coccolato in una camera tranquilla a "quattro passi" dai siti storici e chiese bellissime.

Mangio una prima colazione semplice. L'oste ha offerto lo yogurt bianco (bene), fette biscottate, formaggio. Caffè. Perfetto.

La signora Lucia è stata davvero fantastica, un’accoglienza e una gentilezza che non si trovano in giro!ottimi consigli sui locali dove cenare, e sempre pronta a consigliare cosa vedere!la colazione super abbondante, la posizione è ottima, in 10/15 min si è in centro, appartamento con tutto l’indispensabile

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro di Gubbio, cordialità e simpatia, pulizia top, ottima colazione ricca e variegata, abbiamo.viaggiato con un cane e due bimbe piccole e ci siamo trovati benissimo....super consigliato! La signora Lucia è veramente apprezzabile per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Semplicità e comodità, grazie!
