About this apartment rental
Our Condominium is conveniently located off Route 1 between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Our condo is comfortably decorated with overstuffed living room furniture, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, Florida room with futon, wicker furniture, and plenty of sunlight. Relax on the patio and enjoy the wildlife on the pond or stroll down to the new community pool for a cool dip.
If you like to be on the go, we are just a half mile from the Rehoboth Beach Outlets and four miles from the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. It is only two and a half miles to historic downtown Lewes where you can tour 18th and 19th century homes and search for that perfect treasure in the many antique shops and boutiques. You can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in the area from fresh caught seafood to fine Italian and traditional American cuisine.
If outdoor sports are your passion, you have plenty to choose from. Cape Henlopen State Park has something for everyone. You can bike, walk, and jog on the two miles of blacktop trails. You can swim, fish, and collect shells on the sandy beach and enjoy the many varieties of wildlife. We are located near some of the finest golf courses in the state. We are just eight miles from Baywood Greens, nine miles from The Rookery, half mile from The Heritage, and four and a half miles from Old Landing. If you are interested in racing and gambling, we are just 45 minutes from Dover Downs and Harrington.

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very primo in answering any questions. This is our 3rd year staying at the Summerlyn, 3 different units, and liked this one the best.

Plenty of room and well stocked for kitchen use. Tower beach less than 30 minutes in traffic but it's a summer at the beach . Pool was usually not crowded and friendly people

Very clean. Nice layout and rooms. Close to the pool and alot of restaurants and shopping. Short drive to beach. We did a dolphin watching tour that was only 15 mins away and we saw so many dolphins. Linins provided but we did not seem to have enough for the sofa bed and futon. Bring dishwasher pods as only 3 provided for a family of 10 for an entire week. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. All but 2 of us found the beds comfortably . I have a bad back and could not sleep at all on the bed. I dont know what it was. For context in the 2 weeks prior i had stayed at 2 different hotels and a 2 week cruise and I was able to sleep on those beds. Its not a concern for most people so if you dont have back issues this is a great place. Also loved that it was on the ground floor as no stairs and you had a yard backing up to a pond that had turtles in it. There was also a little sitting area on the back patio with a grill. The kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils and a good variety of dishes and cooking equipment. Overall it is a wonderful place, i just wish the bed was better.

Was in town for the Sea Glass Festival. The property was cozy, clean andComfortable. Perfect for our stay.
