This house was so conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of space for the six adults and one golden retriever in our group! The listing pictures do not do it justice. Yes, it is a little older and there were some stains on the carpet, but you can’t expect perfection from a home that allows dogs. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. Be sure to pack your own pillows along with your linens and you will sleep comfortably. We would book this house again!

This place fell a little short in a few spots. One being that there was no prior conversations or anything written in the description that said contractors would be in and out of the property throughout the day. They weren't really a problem and we're friendly but I think it's important to state the place is shared with a bunch of people parking in the driveway and unloading tools in the backyard. Other than that hardly any lights worked, bulbs were burnt out, a dirty sponge was left on the kitchen sink for us. The carpets were heavily stained as well. The location was convenient though and truly if you're using it as just a place to sleep and shower it fulfilled that duty well. Close to the beach and easy access to all the local amenities.
