OVERVIEW: Pet friendly! Sawgrass South is a resort-style community on the bayside with fantastic amenities. Beautifully manicured grounds and the gated community of Saw Grass provide access to two clubhouses with gyms and two community pools. Quiet, spacious, elegant bi-level end unit townhome with three bedrooms, ground-level primary bedroom, loft area for additional seating, and two additional bedrooms on the second level. Beautiful granite countertop, formal dining room for eight w/ additional island seating, washer & dryer, cable, Wi-Fi, and stainless steel appliances. Lovely spacious screened-in porch overlooking the woods. You can see a family of deer walk through the yard at any time! There is a one-car garage with beach equipment for guest use, a gas grill, a private driveway for one car, and an overflow next door for additional vehicles. A workstation with an ethernet internet connection is available for all you working vacationers.
LOCATION: The convenient location, right off Coastal Highway (Route 1), puts guests in the epicenter of this east coast town, just minutes from Rehoboth Bay, Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, and tax-free Tanger Outlets. Downtown Rehoboth Beach is approx. Five miles away, historic Lewes Beach is approx. Seven miles and Dewey Beach is approx. 7 miles. Visit them easily from this central location. There are also many parks and bike trails to add to the list of amenities, and plenty of golf courses are available and open to the public! Enjoy a resort-style vacation without breaking the bank!
PARKING: A private driveway for one car and overflow are available in the community.
AMENITIES: The community pool, clubhouse, ceiling fans, beach equipment, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and workstation are available to guests. Outdoor games, such as corn hole and lawn darts, are also available.
THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted with a pet fee. The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The community requires guests to sign off on the rules and regulations. After you book the home, we will provide those to you. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and decorated beachy with tasteful touches. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped with nice island seating in two areas and their was an adjoining dining area with a very large table and chairs. Plenty of seating! The shower in the master bath was wonderful and drenching with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. The screened porch was nice! We saw two deer and a red fox during our stay. My only suggestions would be: 1) let guests know that the trash bin is located in garage; 2) and a little more detail on how to use the community gates. We never stayed in a gated community and we thought only certain gates would work for us after 7 pm and we kept looking for a gate card pass reader; instead, just stick that gate suction cup tag on your windshield and you are good to go! All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the clubhouse pools but they looked very inviting as we passed by them. Look for boogies boards and other equipment in the garage. Thank you for the very nice stay!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. House is very cozy and the location is perfect. You are close to the beach, boardwalk, and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Having to pick up keys after driving all day was a huge inconvenience. Then having to drop everything off the last day when we’re not traveling in that direction at all. It just didn’t make sense to me.
Overall the house was wonderful. Plenty of room for us and the beach supplies were very nice to have!
